Paste a link to a long video or upload a file. Kixy finds the strongest moments, turns each into a vertical clip with captions and a hook headline, and gives you the clips to download and post. One credit covers one minute of source video.
No. Making clips uses credits, and credits come with a paid plan. Prices are on the plans page. If you pay and change your mind, you can ask for a refund within 14 days as long as no credits from that payment have been used.
Only when you have the right to use the source video: it is your own, or its owner has given permission, for example through a clipping campaign that invites clips. Kixy is an editing tool and does not give you rights to other people's videos. You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of each platform.
The link goes to the email address you typed and expires after 5 minutes. Check your spam and promotions folders, make sure the address is spelled correctly, then ask for a new link on the sign-in page. If it still doesn't arrive, write to support@kixy.ai.
Billed monthly: Starter $14.99 for 150 credits a month, Pro $29.99 for 400 credits a month, Agency $69.99 for 1,000 credits a month. Billed yearly, the price per month is Starter $8.99, Pro $16.99, Agency $49.99. The plans page has the full comparison.
Your plan's credits are added once a month, counted from the day you subscribed. That is also true on yearly plans: you get one month of credits at a time. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, so your plan balance can hold up to two months of credits. Credits from packs and referrals don't expire.
Buy a credit pack or move to a larger plan. Packs come in sizes from 50 to 600 credits at $0.15 a credit, are available on any paid plan, and don't expire. Both options open from the credits button at the top of the page or from "Get more credits" on your profile.
Pick the plan you want on the plans page. The credits you already have stay on your account and the new plan's monthly credits are added to them, up to the new plan's limit of two months of credits. Credits from packs and referrals are not affected.
Open your profile and choose Manage on your current plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes, within 14 days of a payment if no credits from it have been used. Request a refund here. We review each request and reply by email.
Write to support@kixy.ai from the email address on your account and we will sort it out. If you paid within the last 14 days and haven't used any credits from that payment, you can also request a refund and then subscribe again with monthly billing.
